Multiple activity types in work center

hi

In work center, under costing tab there is a table, "Activities over view".

Can we use this to enter multiple activity types? Say I have activity types for capturing costs of Project manager, Team Manager, Site engineer, design engineer & labor. Can I use all of them in one work center? Any special care need to be taken, while doing settings?
