Budget Exceed error due to wrong PO commitment value

Hi All,

We have Service PO which showing PO till to Deliver value Rs 20928957.85 (In Screen shot 1) , But for the same PO if we check CJI5 report its showing value of Rs.27857107.3 (Screen shot 2) which is Rs 6928149.45 more than actual PO value .

We checked S_ALR_87013558 report (Screen shot 3) we have available budget , till system showing Budget Exceed error if we try to do any changes in PO or try to created new PO.

Read related threads but any solution found.

Hi Virendra,

Try executing CJEN, and then CJBN. Check if this resolves your problem.

If not, I suspect an issue with currency conversion, curreny in which Availability Control is active etc.
