Delete fileds from list of Permitted values

Hello,

This is a query on how to delete the permitted values of the value mapping list in ID. ( ID -> Tools-> Value Mapping -> F4).

I have created some entries for the source and target interfaces in the ID.

Later on for some reason i have deleted those entries as they are nomore needed.

To delete them, i first opened the existing mapping table, edit mode button, then selelcted the entry and mouseclicked the delete button located just above the entry.

I activated the objects, but still source Agency,Schema and target Agency , chema are shown in the F4 Help ( ID -> Tools-> Value Mapping -> F4).

How to delete those entries from not showing in the F4 list?
