steps after GR

Can you please explain me the steps to be carried out after Production order GR. till Archiving.

Satya,

Once the order is fully delivered and confirmed.

A)TECO status is set manually in the change mode of order or using mass transaction COHV.

B) All CO-Period end transactions like WIP Calculation, Variance calculation and settlement are run. This make the order balance Zero.

C) Order can be set to CLSD status to prevent further addition of Costs to the order.

D) Reorganisation activity would be processed

CO78 is a one stop transaction for production order setting deletion flag, deletion indicator, archiving and finally deleting.

Generally we schedule the following programs in background in the sequence below,

1. PPARCHP1 for Setting Deletion Flag

2. PPARCHP1 for Setting Deletion Indicator (Once set cannot be revoked- so care should be taken in selection of orders)

3. PPARCHA1 for archiving the production order with Deletion Indicator active. Basis should set the database/storage space for archiving/storing the records.

4. PPARCHD1 for Deleting the records from SAP database.

Calculate Overheads using Tcode : KGI2 - Individual Processing

CO43 - Collective Processing

Calculate WIP using Tcode : KKAX - Individual Processing

KKAO - Collective Processing

Calculate Variance by using Tcode : KKS2 - Individual Processing

KKS1 - Collective Processing

Finally do the settlement of Order in Tcode : KO88 - Individual Processing

CO88 - Collective Processing
