User to User Navigation Error in Fiori

Hi All,

I have configured Sales Volume- Profit Margin App (F2271), and it is working fine.

Now the problem is I have two users here, so i have assigned original role to User1. I have tested with User1,and after it is working fine with User1. I have created a custom Catalog and Group in Admin URL of User2 and I have assigned the Custom Role to User2. Now when i check with User2 everything is fine except the 'OPEN IN' Button is in disabled mode. And I have created the User2 by copying the User1 itself, when copying i have only unchecked the roles.

Can anyone suggest me the solution to move further....

Hi

If only for certain users you are facing issues then it may be due to some configuration or authorization missing in back-end.

I did not work on this app, but for certain apps ui changes based on backend config. So please check with your functional consultant.

Hi,

Actually we have tested with Fiori Consultant User Id. It is working fine with that user, with that reference we are trying to assign Custom catalog----->Group---->Role to Functional Consultant User Id. It should work to that user also. When we assign original role to Functional Consultant User Id as per fiori library then that OPEN IN Button is in enabled mode but the problem is with that role unnecessary apps also getting displayed. That's why we have created a custom role.

Please suggest me a solution to move further...

I suggest look at role of both user to compare whats missing
