How to find Patch updation in SAP Standard program (4.6C -> ECC)

Hi all,

We are upgrading from 4.6C to ECC. In 4.6C we did some modifications in Standard program CATSSHOW and stored it as a Zprogram. Now before we transport that Zprogram to ECC we need to check whether there is any patch updation (codes added or deleted) done in ECC for the standard program CATSSHOW.
