Inbox email Item not dispayed

Hi Guru's

I am implementing CRM 2007 Web IC and I have customised inbound email into SAP using a non-ERMS scenario.

The incoming email reaches sap connect and is forwarded to the business object ICAUISUPP

The email reaches the agent inbox as per the inbound distribution which has been defined

The work item of task type TG14008030 is created and available for processing in the agent inbox

My issue is that the once selected, the workitem does not display in the web IC when the 'Display' link is selected.

Any ideas of how to resolve this problem would be appreciated...tx in advance
