Price Determination & Material Ledger flag are blank and grayed out in MM01

We have activated Material Ledger at Plant level as valuation area as per the configuration steps.

However when we try to create a mew Material in MM01 for the said plant, the Price Determination & Material Ledger flag are blank and grayed out in MM01 on the Accounting1 tab.

We have another CoCd and with another plant in the same box where when we try to create a new material with the same steps the price determination is pre-filled as per config and Material Ledger field is pre-checked.

Any advice is sincerely appreciated.
