Hello Folks,
I´m facing a problem, with a customer. For some reason, they stopped the TREX service/server, and when it was available again, something in crm webclient, is not working.
Previoulsy, when creating a service ticket, and choosing the type of the ticket, the saf/trex, was suggesting, some solutions for the user. Since the server/service was reseted, this is not working anymore.
Does somebody have any idea, of what could happened and how to fix it?

I had faced the same problem.
Please do compilation in SPRO -> CRM -> Enterpise Intelligence -> SAF.
1. Name and Configure Search Engine
This is necessary for the compilation, clustering, and search functionality to work
2. Name and Configure Knowledge Base
This is helpful in exact and fuzzy text searches, attribute searches, compilation,
clustering, search refinement, and integration with the Interaction
Center WebClient.
