I´m facing a problem, with a customer. For some reason, they stopped the TREX service/server, and when it was available again, something in crm webclient, is not working.
Previoulsy, when creating a service ticket, and choosing the type of the ticket, the saf/trex, was suggesting, some solutions for the user. Since the server/service was reseted, this is not working anymore.
Does somebody have any idea, of what could happened and how to fix it?
