Daily Synchronization between SAP and Legacy System for Equipment Master

Hello Experts

We are moving Equipment master from our legacy system to SAP system. After moving the data into SAP, legacy system will be there for a while like 6 month or a Year. So we need to setup a process which can sync Equipment data back into SAP for this period on daily basis. What would be the best method for doing this synch??
