ALV to Excel

Hi,

I have strange problem. I could able to import data and save it into Excel sheet from ALV grid using xl icon. where as some users could not able to do that..any ideas???

By the way i tried the same on my computer using others user id and it is working fine for me.

I checked GUI patch level and it is same for me and for my colleague. I also checked macro settings in Excel.

Hi,

isn't there difference between Office versions? I know that you mentioned that you already checked macro settings but I had similar problem and it was related to security settings of macros in Office. There is OSS related to this problem 696069. This OSS note helped in my case. It also contains links to additional notes. Have a look at them.

Also check the patch levels of SAPGui on the various PCs. There is an issue there.

Ignore this. I just saw your comment about the patch levels.
