MRP issue

Hi,

I have an issue with the MRP process.

When the MRP runs a new PR is generated then the PR is converted on PO but when the MRP runs again it appears a new PR and the PO is cancelled (MD04 field exception= "20")

Can anybody help me?

The reason might be You are using planning mode 3"delete and recreate planning data".. Change it and run again...

Hi Jose,

I suspect that the need date has changed & hence the system is proposing that. Please go to OMDW & for your plant / MRP group check what is the rescheduling horizon maintained, ensure that the horizon is long enough as per your business need.

System will then put out a proposal to reschedule out / in the existing PO.

Check & revert if the above resolves the issue.
