when i downloaded notifications with japanese/korean descriptions to excel, it got corrupted.

any settings i need to do in EXCEL?

try this way, first download the texts to .TXT file and save it with UTF8 format, then copy the text to Excel file...

Hi,

try in the Excel as below

tools>macro>security...make it low...

and try hope it works
