Issue between IW38 and MCI8 report

Dear Gurus,

We are facing an issue that data is different in IW38 and MCI reports(e.g. MCI8).

The value of actual cost is different in IW38 then MCI8.

I have tried to match data with reference date and Basic Start date also to period in MCI8 report, still there is a difference.

I know both reports will be correct as both are standard.

Is there any difference of how both t-code extract data.

But its showing actual cost in report, whats difference in that.

Yes there is an actual cost in MCI8.

Check your OMOS setting.

Ya I am already getting actual cost in my MCI8 report.

But that cost is different from actual cost in IW38 from which my end users match the data.

Is there any difference in MCI8 and IW38 extracts the data , if yes whats that difference.
