Action in quotation: choose action in display mode ?

Hello experts,

have defined an action in quotation so that when we choose

this action, we get a button in order to print this quotation.

Now we have the problem that this action-button is only visible in change mode

of the quotation. Is there a possibility to do this action in display-mode ?

Hi Gerd,

As you have said you have set an Action Determination and you need to make it appear for Execution in Display Mode..

Action Condition execution is always Executable when the Document is Editable,this is a Preset of the CRM system,

If you want to achieve the Required functionality it may be done without Editablity of the document as follows:

In Action Conditions:Set the Scheduling or the Execution of the Document on a Scheduled condition e.g. say on a Status you want to execute the Functionality.

In Action Definition:Set the "Display in Toolbox" checkbox to Yes for the Action to Appear in the Toolbox if required and also set the checkbox for "Schedule Automatically" to yes.Also if you want the Action Condition to Disappear from the Dialog box after execution you may select the checkbox for "Delete after Processing" to Yes

Now your Execution shall Trigger automatically after you Set Conditions are met.

And as in Display mode of the Order you can Preview the document you can see the Executed Action and its Preview...

Hello RK,

I did it !!!

I took the user-status as condition, and if this condition is done, the action esp. popup

for printing is coming up.
