error message

Hello,

when I try to setup SM59 a 4.0 SAP system to a 3P (non SAP system).

I enter the gateway and host and also then enter the programme ID.

I then try to test connect I get a message

" program salxdev3 not registered / CPI-C error CM_ALLOCATE_FAILURE_RETR"

What step I have missed, is it from the warehouse they have to do something?

Or I have missed something.
