GL Account Balance Transfer

Hi

We currently have a balance on a GL Account (Currency ROL) which we wish to zero by transfering to a new GL Account (Currency RON) u2013 can this be done?

Hi,use FB05,but you should to use additional account.

You have account 1 (cur ROL) (lets say that it has Dr Balance)

Account 2 (In local cur)

Account3 (cur RON).

Step 1 In FB05 you clear Item for account 1 (posting in local cur) Dr Account2 Cr Account1

Step 2 Dr Account3 Cr Account 2 (cur= RON)
