Client Requirements to start SAP Add-On

Hi Experts,

I have a bespoke add-on which installs OK, but gives the following Microsoft error on Starting the add-on....

Business One UI Customisation for ClientX has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for any inconvenience.

If you were in the middle of something, the information you were working on might be lost.

Please tell Microsoft about this problem.

We have created an error report that you can send us to improve Business One UI Customisaion for ClientX. We will treat this report as confidential and anonymous.

Send Error Report / Don't Send Error Report

...I have uninstalled and reinstalled the add-on removing SBO files and moving the Add-On folder to no avail. The add-on starts on other PCs without a problem.

I suspect the PC may be missing some MS programme/functionality. Any ideas?
