During Java import phase it hangs .. no error message in java.jload.log or sapinst logs .

I checked the syslogs of operating system no error msgs related , Swaps quite ok.

I am using JDK_1.4.2.10 version of java software .

Plz help me .. how to proceed further..

I got the same problem before and it was due to the memory setting on J2EE is too small.

The memory setting is set by installation, so can't be changed manually as it will be overwritten back when sapinst is restarted.

SAP provided solution to change it on keydb.xml but forget which part.

Hi

Check the note for JDK recommandation

716604

Just try logging to ABAP system once as IMPORT ABAP phase is completed just check the users

J2EE_ADMIN,SAPJSF and J2EE_GUEST are created if not create them manually through SU01.

Let me know if needed more information
