PO is not opening in Approver Inbox when line item is deleted

Hi Experts,

Portal getting freeze when I am opening purchase order (line item deleted) in approver inbox.

When an item gets deleted in a PO, it is considered a change to the PO and PO approval gets triggered. A work item (PO) with deleted items in it, is causing a freeze of the app – and no further action can be taken in the browser session.

In below screen snap when I click on the second purchase order which has no items portal get freeze and unable to perform any action.

Hi Fabico,

It seems the problem with Fiori app for PO approval.

Could you please help me to get resolve this issue.

See if the KBA ##2395988 doesn't help in this case.
