Internal Bank Reconciliation Error

Hi All,

Need your expert advise on this please.

When i try doing an internal bank reconciliation. i get this error message "Violation of PRIMARY KEY constraint 'OMTH_PRIMARY'. Cannot insert duplicate key in object OMTH''.

Please help on this..
