Purchase Requisition Workflow deadline error

Hello Experts,

I have copied and configured the standard workflow template for Purchase requisition (WS00000038) as WS90000016 in such a way that after deadline time of 2 min (2 min taken for testing purpose) is missed then a new work item should be created and should go to another agentu2019s SAP inbox (Business Workplace). But while testing Deadline event is not getting triggered.

While testing ,when I created a Purchase requisition and checked thru SWEL......it goin correctly to the 1st user but after 2 mins deadline event is not getting triggered.Also i checked in technical details of worklog ,there also in the bottom half part of screen whr DEADLINE tab is thr and details r shown as -

Deadline missed - after deadline missed here BELL sign shud come which is not coming.

deadline type - Latest End

date - 11.03.2009

time - 11:38:22

time zone - IRAQ

Action on workitem - SWW_WI_DEADLINE_CALLBACK

Please help.
