"org.apache.jasper.JasperException" occured when i pressed the SNC settings under authentication followed by SAP.

can i know what does this mean? thanks

Latest, when i tried double clicking SAP under authentication, the same error message popped up too.

it is an error message coming from the Tomcat app server. When exactly does it happen ?

Does the SAP authentication work in the other areas properly ?

which version are you using for the BusinessObjects software ?

hi ingo,

sap authentication doesn't work well in other areas too, it says "update my license keys".

im using bo xi 3.0 by the way

when does this error come up ? Did you use a trial license key ?
