Changing content of E-mail based on project and task status cProject

Hi,

I am making some changes in cProject. In the 'Staffing' tab, once the resouce name is selected, there is a link 'Send E-Mail' which gets activated. Once 'Send E-mail' is clicked, a mail pops up in the outlook. I have to change the content of this mail based on different status of the project and task. Can anyone guide me as to how this is to be done. Is there any BADI available.

Hello!

I don't think there's a BADI available, however you can create your own form and set it to the corresponding mail form.

You can create your form (copy from a standard one for instance) in: collaboration projects -> basic settings -> forms for printing... -> create form.

Then assign the form to the correct e-mail in : collaboration projects -> resource management -> Basic settings for RM -> Assign forms to e-mail...
