System Slow after patching.

Hi All,

Ecc6,Oracle10.2, Unix, System is slow after patching the application server. Will there be any problem in the patch or itu2019s because the server has been restarted. If the second one is the case how long it will take to come to the optimal performance?

Run SGEN>Genereate all objects of selected software components> Select the Components for which u have applied the patches--> Select theserver and start the job directly.

Hi Arvind,

When patches are applied programs will be changed.So you need to run SGEN again so that all programs will be compiled.
