Service Agreement Determination

Hi Experts,

I'm working on SAP CRM System (release 6.0) - service scenario.

I created a Service Agreement for all the employees who belong to a specific business partner type but when I create a Service Order for a BP of that Business Partner Type, the system doesn't recognize the Service Agreement created.

I've implemented all the copyng control settings from the Service Agreement transaction type to the Service Order.

Do you have any suggestions?

Full of points if it helps!

Thanks and regards,

Stefano

Hi gurus,

today I took a step forward.

At the moment, I'm able to create a Service Agreement without specifing a specific sold to party but entering a business partner type and then, when I create a service ticket for an employee of that business partner type as follow up, the informations/conditions (response profile, service profile) of the Service Agreement are automatically inherited in the new transaction.

But I need to make a further step: I want to create a new Service Ticket (for a single employee) not as a follow up of the Service Agreement but as an indipendent new transaction. The expected result should be the following: when I create the new Service Ticket, as soon as I enter the employee as a sold to party the system should automatically recognize the related Service Agreement.

Suggestions? Which configuration step I'm missing?
