Campaign determination in CRM ISA

Hi all,

I am passing on the campaign in CRM webUI and can see in backend CRM. When i create crmd_order in CRM the campaign determination is not done automatically in header overview. Can you please share the steps as i might me missing some customizations. I have tried using TA and ISBB both as transaction types.

Hello Spielen,

Would it be possible to get some further information on yoru release and scenario ? It should be the case that when the product is added to the order that the campaign is taken into account and the price is discounted in the basket.

Hi Mark,

I have created the campaign and released using the Campaign manager, Finance manager roles. While it was released, it created the campaign record in the web ui under discount tab stating campaign determin @camp AUT (my campaign type). It gave no errror.

Now in CRM GUI when i create crmed_order and using the same material, the campaign determination record comes blank (header overview > header > Camp./TP). Please reply if i can add some info into with screen shot. I will appreciate your response.
