Overall status is yellow in RSMO

Hi,

The overall status of the request is yellow when there is no data in the source system and is not changing to green/red.

Is there setting to tell the system to wait for some time ( no of mins or hours ) before turning to

green / red?

I am not sure it is a issue ? or missing some setting ?
