Hi Experts,
We have implemented SRM 5 and ECC 6 with classic scenario.
When we create a shopping cart, there is an option to select the old PO and templates which gives option to search for our own shopping carts and templates if any.
We have an business requirement to allow users to see all the shopping carts created within a business unit or department. This will enable them to use other shopping carts as reference.
Please let me know how this can be achevied.
Thanks
Vijay
Hi Vijay,
the standard process is, that the users see just the own SCs. You can create an SC template, with them all user can create own SCs.
If you add the role: SAP_EC_BBP_ADMINISTRATOR you will add many authorization too!!

Hi,
When a user tries to create a SC using the Link "old purchase order and templates",he can see all the Shopping carts created in the system. If you need to restrict the list of shopping carts displayed, then you can use the badi BBP_WF_LIST with a filter of BUS2121.

Hi,
thanks for your reply. Do you mean to say the standard functionality is to display all the shopping cart data irrespective of who is the creator. We have not implemented the BADI mentioned by you and presently I am not able all the OLD shopping carts created by my users or colleagues.
Please let me know what is the standard functionality and what is the solution for displaying shopping carts for all the users within the department?
Vijay
Hi Vijay,
If you want that every user should be able to see all shopping carts created by all other users, you need
to configure "Monitor Shopping Cart" button on your EBP (SRM) Enterprise Portal.
Please consult your Portal consultant to understand how this functionality can be configured.
Also you might need to assign the role SAP_EC_BBP_ADMINISTRATOR
(Authorization Object - B_BUPA_FDG) to your users, so that they can access all shopping carts of
other users.
Please refer this link to know more:

Hope this will help.

Thanks for your reply. I am looking for this functionality within the shopping cart create transaction. So my end users can select any shopping cart created by any user within the company code or department, use it has reference and copy all items from it and proceed further. Shopping Cart Monitor functionality doesnt offer this functionality, all we can do is to see the carts.
