Absence Quota not deducted

Hello Experts,

I've seen some threads on this topic but none of the solutions are working for me. I'm able to generate a quota for an employee in IT 2006 but when I enter an absence in IT 2001, the IT 2006 Quota is not deducted. I have checked the following:

- Deduction rule is assigned to Quota

- Counting rule contains the Deduction rule

- Counting rule is assigned to the Absence type

- "Quota deduction" is checked in Assign Counting Rules to Absence Type

- "Screen number" is "2001" for the absence type

- Absence date (3/11/2009) is within the quota form/to dates (1/1/2009-12/31/2009)

Can anyone suggest what else I might look at?

I needed to set the Quota multiplier in the counting rule to 100%
