How to link Service Ticket and E-Mail


Hi all

Due to a bug in the system, outgoing mails were not linked to service tickets.

We applied a note that solved the issue. But now we have zillions of service tickets unliked to their corresponding mails.

So my question is: I guess we have to build a report to do the linking. Any suggestion on how to code that report? Is there any BAPI available? In which class/method is the linking taking place?
