I run APYSIDKRN command in test mode but getting 12 hints. Do I need to fix/find patchs from them, or will kernel upgrade fix them? I have looked at the details notes listed in hints, but they do not help.

Hello John,
Most of the files (if not all of them) are included in the kernel patch SAR file.
Thus, applying the kernel should update everything.
You can download the kernel file to your local computer and "un-car" it with SAPCAR, to confirm that all mentioned files are included ;-).
Regards,
Isaías
