IPC Configuration in Functional perspective.

Dear Experts,

We have planned for implementing extended classic scenario, I have no Idea about IPC configuration but when I check in the transaction BBP_CND_CHECK_CUST it is stating that IPC is active but "No condition records for the condition type 0100 exist".

Do any one help me out in IPC configuration in functional perspective for maintaining the condition types in local SRM system, so that the conditions can be used in SC and also in PO.

Thanks and Regards,

B.N.Karthikeyan.

Hi,

Tx Path:

IMG SRM: Sap Implementation Guide  Supplier Relationship Management SRM Server  Business Add-ins for SRM Pricing

Check whether the BAdIs relevant for the pricing are activated correctly and filled with the correct coding:

BAdI: BBP_PRICEDATA_READ

Implementation:. BBP_PRODUCT_PRICE

IPC Pricing (Extended): Not active

Simplified Pricing (Classic): Active

*BAdI: PRODUCT_UPDATE2

Implementation. IPC_UPD_PROD_BUFFER2

IPC Pricing (Extended): active

Simplified Pricing (Classic): Not Active

  • In old versions.

To check that there are no customizing errors and that the IPC is active execute report BBP_CND_CUSTOMIZING_CHECK in transaction SE38. This report should not display any error messages or warning messages.

This report can also be executed through the following IMG step:

IMG SRM: Supplier Relationship Management -> SRM Server -> Cross-Application Basic Settings -> Pricing --> Check Technical and Customizing Settings for Conditions

Thanks and Regards,
