Partner determination procedure

Hi Forum,

This is regarding my retail scenario where I am facing an issue with Partner determination procedure. My Org structure has a sales org and, underneath it I have several retail stores.

Under each retail store I have assigned several partners like Sales manager, Head Store manager, Purchase manager, Sales Assistant, Purchase department, likewise having different partner functions and partner roles of employee, department, person responsible.

I have this requirement of determining all these partners for my Campaign management and Activity documents.

The issue faced is that whatever access sequence I give it gives a circle reference and is blocked in a deadlock.

Please guide me as to how this entire team can be determined.

Hi,

I think you have copied from the partner function which are blocked in standard scenario. Choose the correct partner function and copy from the same.

Another thing can you close all the SAP application and log in again to your system. I think it can solve your problem.

Thanks for answering, yes I have copied from the partner function which are blocked in standard scenario.

But I am unable to find any partner function of Employee category which are in unblock state. All of them are blocked and if I try to remove the check from block and save it, it does not get saved and come back to the initial blocked state.

Can you suggest any other partner category which can be determined from the org stru.

Hi Neetika,

If I am not wrong, I think you want to determine the Employee responsible for the transaction. If you want to do that then assign the access sequence Organizational dat: Employee of responsible Organization unit. Then you compltely close your sap login and see.
