Partner determination procedure

Hi Forum,

This is regarding my retail scenario where I am facing an issue with Partner determination procedure. My Org structure has a sales org and, underneath it I have several retail stores.

Under each retail store I have assigned several partners like Sales manager, Head Store manager, Purchase manager, Sales Assistant, Purchase department, likewise having different partner functions and partner roles of employee, department, person responsible.

I have this requirement of determining all these partners for my Campaign management and Activity documents.

The issue faced is that whatever access sequence I give it gives a circle reference and is blocked in a deadlock.

Please guide me as to how this entire team can be determined.
