KM Archiving

Hi Experts,

I need how to do that "KM Archiving " can u please give me the step by step procedure for archiving?

    Alternatively you can enable time based publishing. Once Life time is enabled it will visible to end user(having read permissions) within the life time. If the validity expires then it will not visible to them.

    After the document expires it will be visible to the people who have write/full control permisison.

    You can make a seperate folder may be named it as archive and move all the documents that are expired.

    This way we can archive.

      I have done enable the time based publishing and validity gave under lifetime tab, My question is How to make a seperate folder and how to moved expired files into the seperate folder?

      whether manually we need to create folder and move or any othere steps or there?

    Hi,

    you need to do that manually by checking the files that are expired.

    Best thing to do this you need to sort based on the valid from date.
