Failed To Create default folders for application files.

Hi,

i am using SAP B1 2005 B 7.40.252

and using Copy Express 6.80.0.65

i am very much new to SAP B1

i am getting this error "Failed To Create default folders for application files. Check Options for default folder assignment".

Actually i want to copy of the Test Company Data to Live Company with out Transactions from test to live.

on using the copy express the above error occurs for 1st time.

Usally i use to get the "abnormal termination" error.

Can any one guide me ?

Hi,

You need to check your DI API version. Make sure it matches with your Copy Express.

This is just about where the appliaction will save the files it creates. There are path settings in copy express, make sure you have access to these, or change them to a location you do have access to
