CHARM - Mail Notifications

Hi,

We have defined 2 actions for the Action Profile SDHF_ACTIONS, 1. To send mail to the developer (SDCD0001 u2013 Start Condition - &CRM Service Process.User Status&= E0002SDHFHEAD)

) 2. To send mail to the tester (SDCD0002 u2013 Start Condition - &CRM Service Process.User Status&= E0004SDHFHEAD) .

But the Action - Mail to TESETER is not executing during the Status Change u2013 To Be Tested.

Hi ,

Could you post the details available under the tab Transaction data --> Actions , select your Email action and click on the log button.

If your action is not listed there, then it means your action is not determined. Post the detials oin the determination log button which is next to log button.

With these infos only we can do further investigation.

Pls come back if you have any issues

Hi Naveen,

Thanks for the reply,in the actions tab this action is not listed, unfortunately i couldn't see the detremination log,the icon next to log is 'info for action definition'.

Is there any other way to find the determinaton log?

Open your Transaction in Edit mode, you will get more buttons. Button before 'info for action definition' is determination log button .

For the Action ZEMAIL_TO_DEVELOPER there is an issue with Action Merging which you have defined, Change that Action Merging field settings in that particular action.

For the Action ZEMAIL_TO_TESTER (SEND EMAIL TO TESTER WHEN STATUS IN TO BE TESTED.) No Partner hane been identified from your transaction.

Maintain the Tester's BP no appropirately in your Transaction (Change Request).

Hi Naveen,

Thanks for the reply, for the action merging currently we have the value 'Max. 1 Unprocessed Action for Each Action Definition' for the action ZEMAIL_TO_DEVELOPER.You want me to change that.

Also Tester's BP is alreay assigned in the Partners Tab,whether this BP needs to be assigned for both the change request and also for the urg correction

Does your BP has employee role, if so check have you assigned the user under identification tab.

Yes the user assignement is done for the BP in the Identification tab(BP Role BUP003-Employee & 000000 Business partner).
