Issue in Creating Business Transaction

Hi,

I need to create a package quotation (transaction type SRVP). This transaction type appears in the list of transaction types and has item category & determination configured fine but it does not appear in order creation screen (CRMD_ORDER).

I copied this transaction type and created a custome one and configured item category and determination but even that does not appear in the creation list. What am I missing?

I will highly appreciate if someone can reply to this question.
