Issue in Creating Business Transaction

Hi,

I need to create a package quotation (transaction type SRVP). This transaction type appears in the list of transaction types and has item category & determination configured fine but it does not appear in order creation screen (CRMD_ORDER).

I copied this transaction type and created a custome one and configured item category and determination but even that does not appear in the creation list. What am I missing?

I will highly appreciate if someone can reply to this question.

Hi,

I have assigned the channel for the transaction type. I am able to see the transaction in the wingui but I still cant see it in webgui. Basically, I am trying to create a package quotation. The SRVP (Package Quotation) transaction should be one of the possible transactions for Service Order Quotation. Do I need to do some kind of assignment in Navigation profile of UI for this transaction to appear? I am working in CRM 2007 version.Please suggest.
