unable to run transaction code.

hi,

when trying to run tcodes like JH00, JHA3X, JHA1X it says the transaction codes cannot be executed in the status bar. but while trying to run few other transactions like JHA0 it works fine. These tcodes are related to IS media solutions. this is on a ecc6 system with IS-M as an add-on with release 602 and level 0000. Could someone help me in giving the roadmap to troubleshoot.

please check with the tcode sfw5 there will be an deactive function , u can actice according to ur requirments.

hi,

thank you, in sfw5. on selecting SAP Media under business function set, it comes up with display message saying inconsistency and "business function set FICAX is not in the target business function set" . Any idea what does that actually mean, I believe we actually need functional people also here for activation. Let me know if I'm right.

This means that during the ad-on installation or the installation of the Enhancement Package (depending on your SAP_APPL version) there were inconsistencies in the activation or installation.

Check with your Basis/Functional guys.
