Integration of PP and PM module


Hi all,

This is little lengthy but I need ur help.

We are using PI sheet ( PP module ) to create the measuring documents.

PP team has created 2 workcentres and these workcentres are assigned in the equipment master ( 2 number) which are assigned to a single functional location. They have also created a measuring point( as a counter - only one) for the functional location. With the help of functional module and PI sheet they are recording the result in PI sheet for the work centre's and the measuring document is created in background ( 2 measuring documents as there are two work centres, Note: The measuring point is for the functional location).

I have created two maintenance plan based on the functional location and equipment. The measuring document that are getting created are 2. Now when i schedule the maintenance plan as the measuring point is only one, the system takes the counter reading as the last one which is recorded. Issue is I want the system to accept the counter reading with reference to the functional location and the work centre against which it was recorded so that I can trigger two maint plans.

If we create the measuring points for equipment the problem would be solved, but the functional module does not picks the same in the PI sheet.

Please help.
