Work center not appearing while creating production order via co01

While creating a production order found work center is not appearing even if routing is present what could be the cause ...please help me to resolve this.

Hi,

While you create the order, check if the routing is being read, In header you will find a tab called Master Data, here do you find the values filled in Routing section?

If the issue is with a particular operation - work center only, then go to the work center & check if the same is locked i.e. go to CR03, enter the work center & plant click enter & then click Ctrl + F1, check the status section in that.

Check & revert.

your suspection is correct and found no routing data in master data of production order .

Just check whether your routing is valid for the date of order and order quantity is according to the lot size of the routing.

Check,

- In Order Type Dependent Parameter OPL8 for Routing Selection.Maintain it as 03 Automatic Selection of Routing.Also check Selection ID of Routing. It should match with your Routing Status.

Hi,

Have you checked based on the above inputs? Just ensure that the routing is valid & your order type dependent parameter is set to read routings, it should work fine.

Once you ensure the above, go to co02, if you not done any confirmations or posted goods mvt, then in header click on Functions -> Read PP master data system will read the routing & you should be able to find the same in your operations tab.

Hi,

Try to again check for the routing.. and in co02 Go to functions read PP master data..

Now u ll be able to find the workcenter..
