Issue with Time Eval

Payroll wk Starts from Mon to Sunday . March 2nd is Monday and March 3rd is Tuesday. I have a user that was created on March 3rd and when we run timeeval it gives me the error "No Work center Data on 03/02/2009. Person Rejected"

Instead of deleting the emploee and Recreating the employee from March 2nd are there any other solutions to pass this error
