0VTC/OVLR maintenance in ECC 6.0 locked environment

We have upgraded from 4.6c to ECC 6 in our Integration Test

environment. Since we have the client locked, we cannot create/modify Routes the way we could in our 4.6C Production System (locked). There

are previous notes on how to adjust the

coniguration of those activities to be master data (i.e. Notes 88521,

149752, and 582328)

so that it is modifiable even in a closed Production client... but

none of those notes are working these transactions.

Has anyone found a solution related to this in the ECC 6.0 version of SAP?
