Workflow Items Mass Update or Move

I want to move a list of workflow inbox items to another user, folder or update them all to Canceled status.

Is either of these possible?

What transaction or report?

To get all the workitems associated with a user use the FM SAP_WAPI_CREATE_WORKLIST by using this FM you canget all the workitem ID that are in the SAP inbox then

• search in se37 by using the SAP_WAPI_* to cancel the workitem or use the FM SWW_WI_FORWARD to forward the workitem to another user

there is no standard report available to do this.

manually you can transfer tasks from one user's inbox to another . go to the trasaction SWIA, find the dialog workitems which you want to transfer --> and then forward the dialog workitem to another user
