Rmat reservation in ecc- inhouse repair

Hi Guys,

am in the process of configuring inhouse repair.

i came acroos RMAT item which is for spare parts in inhouse repair.

1)In SAP CRM Customizing, Customer Relationship Management ® Transactions ® Settings for Service Processes ® Integration ® Logistics Integration ® Define Logistics Scenario for the Procurement of Materials and Services.:::::

REPA RMAT Reservation

am not able to see any reservation in eccc,

even am not getting any error in CRM with respect to reservation. is am missing anything

Can any one please throw a lite.
