Credit Management Workflow.

This used to work when I set it up five years ago in a company.

Since then there have been many new people in the accounts department, etc...

Anyway, as part of blocking a sales order a message is created which is sent to the KA or KM inboxes.

The problem I have is that it should be possible to open the blocked sales order message and select on the icon to start transaction VKM3 to release the order.

I get the message but I cannot see the icon I need to start the VKM3 transaction from within the message.

Any idea where and what I need to go bacj and check ?
