BO XI R2 SP2: Single sign-on failure


We are unable to to connect through the CMC to our BO cluster using AD SSO from one of our net application servers. This functionality works fine from our other web servers, just not this specific web server. If the AD credentials are manually entered in, the authentication works. If they are kept blank to use SSO, we receive this error message:

"The Active Directory Authentication plugin could not authenticate at this time. Please try again. If the problem persists, please contact your technical support department."

Again, this only happens on one specific web server, not any others. We are on BO XI R2 SP2. We have followed the instructions for "Setting up AD single sign-on" in the XI R2 deployment guide, but it is still not working for some reason.

Any ideas?
