Issue installing the Patch 32 for ITS 620
Hi,
We have installed ITS 620 on Windows server 2003 server SP1, 32-bit. It is currently on patch 16 (default after installation).
We had to install the patch 20 and faced a problem that the sapinst GUI would not start.
We have JDK 1.4.2 which was recommended by SAP support.
Since patch 20 is very old SAP suggested we install patch 32. But we faced the same problem that sapinst GUI would not connect to the server (guiengine: no GUI connected; waiting for a connection on
host ECCVWS318, port 21200 to continue with the installation)
Then sap suggested that we patch the sapinst in the self extracting executable for patch 32 (itsWindows_32-10001238.exe) with the latest available (SAPINST7001_4-20002047.SAR).
We did the same and now we get the below error:

FCO-00011 The step SHOW_WELCOME with step key |ITS_CORE|windows|ind|ITS|630|0|0|SHOW_WELCOME was executed with status ERROR ( Last error reported by the step :Caught ESAPinstException in Modulecall: ESAPinstException: error text undefined.).
We do not find the dll in the package.
Not sure if the issue is with the software for patch32, but SAP denies the same. The message is open with SAP. In the mean time, have anyone of you faced this issue before?
It would be of great help if we could solve this.
