Create sales order FROM purchase order

Hi,

I would like to create a sales order from a purchase order. I would like all the information from the purchase order to automatically fill into the sales order. Can you please advise if this is possible?

I know what you need. That is why I said check the logic. You just need to reverse the table names.

Hi

This is a one way method from Sales Order to Purchase Order .

You can do that :

By clicking on the checkbox of purchase order at logistics tab of sales Order .

For your workaround :

1. Create a sales order and Donot check checkbox of purchase order

2 . Now when You are ready to create a purchase order , Go to sales Order you have created

and check the purchase order checkbox of the sales Order and press update.

3.Now it will pop up with Purchase Order window .

This way you can maintain the link.

I actually need the opposite link.

I want to pull all the purchase order information into a sales order.

1) Purchase order

2) sales order (pull info from purchase order)

As mentioned above , You have to start from Sales Order to Do that .

I think it is not possible out of the box.System is designed like that way
