We're starting to use solman and we like to use it, to manage our requests.
Now, we're in a migration project, but after the conclusion, we like to use solution manager to control our requests...
So, I have some questions about it:
- Is possible to make a job, to do the transport from DEV environment to TEST environment, automatically? We can't manage all this requests with single tickets in service desk, because we have a lot of requests. (in a project, for example).
- Well... if is possible to do the first question, I need to know, before the finish of project, we want to transport a lot of requests to Production environment. We can join a lot of requests in a single ticket, and approve it to transport they?
